Remediation

The Kaplan/Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins Deluxe Integrated Testing program offers the most comprehensive remediation program available. The key to the program lies in the multiple methods used to rectify students' knowledge and learning deficits.

Student Homepage

Each student receives a homepage for easy access to study skills workshops, secured tests, test results, remediation resources and NCLEX-RN® prep materials.

Online Remediation

From the online results page, students view a short paragraph of relevant nursing content about the topic of each question. This is followed by links to a quick review and a more in-depth review of nursing content from Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins books. The three layers of online remediation allow students to determine the level of review they need to remediate their knowledge deficits.

You are able to monitor student usage of remediation to insure that students are making appropriate use of the resources available to them. This allows you to confirm that students are following their individual study plan.

The Basics Book

At the start of their enrollment, all students receive The Basics Book. The Basics Book reviews basic nursing content in an easy-to-understand outline format with tables and graphs.

Students use this book to prepare for tests or to remediation after tests. Students can also read about a topic in The Basics Book before they read an assignment in their nursing textbook. The format of The Basics Book helps them to identify the important points of a topic so their textbook reading is more efficient and productive.

Online Unsecured Focused Review Tests

Students have access to 30 tests with explanations to review basic nursing content in an unproctored setting. This allows students the freedom to take tests and review explanations in areas of nursing content needing additional review.

You are able to monitor student usage and performance on the Focused Review Tests, to ensure your students are making the most of the resources available to them.

  • The Endocrine System
